The Apartment Owners Association was established over 30 years ago to serve apartment and rental property owners in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, part of suburban Philadelphia. To qualify as a regular member, you need to be the owner of at least one rental unit. Membership comprises a resource network in which members can exchange information with one another and find answers to questions they may have – questions ranging from legal issues to dealing with difficult tenants. |

To qualify as an associate member, the company or organization needs to provide a service to our rental properties or to us as owners of rental properties. Our associate members are diverse and include banks, insurance companies, finance companies, exterminators, real estate companies, attorneys etc. |
