Become a Member

If you own an apartment unit or one rental house you can join as a regular member. If you provide a service to the apartment owners, including professional services and product vendors, you can join as an associates member. Regular and associate members can place links on our web site to their web sites and they may advertise on our web site.

APPLICATION TO JOIN: Regular Membership
To qualify as a regular member you need to be the owner of at least one rental unit. Our members meet as a group nine times a year. This is a dinner meeting, normally a Monday evening. The meeting features a guest speaker or speakers who provide useful information on topics relating to rental property ownership and management.

Membership comprises a resource network in which members can exchange information with one another and find answers to questions they may have – questions ranging from legal issues to dealing with difficult tenants. The common interest in rentals and real estate management affords a social connection making our meetings an informative dinner and a social evening.

APPLICATION TO JOIN: Associate Membership
To qualify as an associate member the company or organization needs to provide a service to our rental properties or to us as owners of rental properties. Our associate members are diverse and include Banks, insurance companies, finance companies, painters, exterminators, real estate companies, attorneys, maintenance suppliers and many other vendor and service areas.
