Almost 30 years ago Apartment Owners Association was founded. Today it is an incorporated Non-Profit organization made up of owners of apartments in Delaware County and suppliers and vendors of services for apartments servicing those apartments.
 
The goal of the organization is to increase business for our Members and Associate Members. We do this by promoting good business practices and keeping up with the latest in goods, services and marketing. We are members of the Statewide organization PROA (members go to members link page) a lobbying organization in Harrisburg which monitors legislative activity concerning apartments in our state. We distribute information to our members through monthly dinner meetings and through our Web Site.
 
To increase our individual businesses our Web Site advertises our members' apartments to the general public. Information is listed on the apartment listing page describing our members' apartments with location, size, floor plans, photographs, rents and telephone numbers.
