The Apartment Owners Associationwas established over 30 years ago to serve apartment owners in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, part of suburban Philadelphia.

Benefits:
Members can get information on all of our services and can access their web pages to create, update or change their individual web pages and can see all the information from our vendors and from our directory.

Rentals:
This site also gives anyone looking for an apartment in Delaware County information on available apartments as presented by our members, including their photos, maps and floor plans.

Knowledge:
In addition to all the information about the Delaware County, our web site also provides links to our statewide lobbying organization (PROA – Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association) and through them to many links including government information and legislators and other organizations outside of Delaware County.
